General Summary:

As a Product Marketing Manager within Data Axle's Corporate Marketing team, you’ll support account and sales teams by developing compelling presentations and content that highlight the value of Data Axle’s products and services. In addition to hands-on content creation, this role includes oversight of our sales enablement platform (Highspot), ensuring content is up-to-date, well-organized, and aligned with go-to-market needs. The ideal candidate is an expert in PowerPoint with solid skills in Word and Excel, and a strong eye for design, storytelling, and content structure.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Developing Sales Presentations: Create and design presentations tailored for sales team meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment with company products and services.
  2. Content Enhancement: Upgrade existing materials to effectively represent the company's offerings, refining content to showcase products and services accurately.
  3. Visualization Creation: Produce charts, visuals, and other graphical representations to illustrate and articulate the company's solutions as required.
  4. Proposal & Pitch Support: Assist in the creation and review of pitches and proposals to ensure accurate formatting, brand alignment, and error-free delivery.
  5. Highspot Oversight: Maintain and update content in Highspot, ensuring folders are structured logically, content is current, and materials are easy for sales teams to find and use.
  6. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, and Corporate Marketing teams to ensure content aligns with messaging, business objectives, and campaign needs.
  7. Project Support: Contribute to other projects related to product marketing, sales enablement, and corporate initiatives as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  1. 5+ Years Relevant Experience: Preferably in the data solutions, tech, or B2B marketing space.
  2. Microsoft Office Proficiency: Expert in PowerPoint; essential proficiency in Word and Excel.
  3. InDesign Familiarity: Knowledge of InDesign for content enhancement is a plus.
  4. Creative Communication: Ability to turn complex concepts into clear, engaging visuals and written content.
  5. Strong Analytical & Presentation Skills: Effective at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
  8. Sales Enablement Familiarity: Experience with Highspot or similar platforms preferred, or a willingness to learn.
  9. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 

Education, Experience, and Certification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in related field of study or equivalent experience is required*
  2. 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Certifications: none
