The Product Marketing Manager will define messaging, lead go-to-market strategies, manage product launches, and align marketing claims with technical accuracy, while also gathering market insights to refine messaging.

What you'll do
- Messaging: Define positioning, value propositions, and proof points for new hardware products and the platform around them.
- GTM strategy: Help refine go-to-market motions for priority ICPs and industry verticals —buyer personas,use cases, proof points, and competitive framing.
- Launch leadership: Own launch planning and execution (briefs, timelines, asset development, internal enablement, release communications).
- Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with CEO/CTO, Product, and Forward-Deployed Engineering teams to ensure marketing claims are technically accurate and differentiated.
- Market insight loop: Gather customer and field feedback and translate it into better messaging, better assets, and clearer priorities.
What we're looking for
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Marketing (or closely related GTM role) in B2B SaaS; hardware + software experience strongly preferred.
- Mastery of product marketing responsibilities such as creating and delivering messaging and positioning, to deliver market enablement for GTM teams, customer and event presentations, product launches, content creation for events, etc.
- Proven ability to influence and get alignment with stakeholders and bring a data-informed perspective to decision-making.
- Ability to create and deliver value-based storytelling that is clear, compelling and communicates complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Writing + narrative skills: Strong writer who can produce crisp positioning, product copy, and executive-ready decks.
- Technical depth: Able to understand and communicate complex product concepts with credibility (deployment realities, integrations, data flows, security/privacy considerations).
- Startup mindset: High ownership, high velocity, pragmatic judgment.
- Willingness to travel up to 15-25% to customer sites
