The Product Marketing Manager will oversee positioning, messaging, sales enablement tools, and competitive differentiation in the market for an AI-powered accounts receivable platform, directly impacting revenue growth.
The summary above was generated by AI

Stuut is transforming accounts receivable for B2B companies—making collections smarter and faster for companies that have historically relied on manual processes that are labor intensive and costly. Our platform is gaining traction with finance teams across industrials, chemicals, and manufacturing sectors from Fortune 10 brands to scaling midmarkets. We're backed by top-tier investors including a16z, Khosla, Activant, 1984 Ventures and Page One.

The Role

We're hiring our first Product Marketing Manager to own how Stuut shows up in market—the positioning, the narrative, the proof points, and the sales tools that turn pipeline into revenue.

This is not a content-for-content's-sake role. You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating what our AI agent actually does into messaging that resonates with CFOs, PE operating partners, and AR leaders who are skeptical of vendor claims and allergic to buzzwords.

You'll work alongside our Head of Marketing and demand gen to build the GTM engine from the ground up—shaping how we position against legacy incumbents, enabling a sales team selling $100K+ deals, and turning customer results into our most powerful marketing asset.

This is a high-impact, foundational role for someone who can think strategically, execute decisively, and deliver measurable results. You'll shape how the market perceives Stuut and directly accelerate our path to category leadership in AI-powered accounts receivable.

What You'll Do
  • Own Stuut's core positioning, messaging architecture, and competitive differentiation—tailored by persona (CFO, PE ops, AR manager) and vertical (manufacturing, healthcare, industrials).

  • Build the sales enablement toolkit from scratch: battlecards, objection handling, discovery frameworks, ROI calculators, and vertical-specific one-pagers that make deals move faster.

  • Develop customer proof points—case studies, data snapshots, and reference programs—that give prospects confidence in $100K+ purchase decisions.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence packaging and positioning of new capabilities, owning launch strategy end-to-end with high velocity—you'll be expected to take a new feature from announcement to fully enabled sales team within days, not weeks.

  • Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program tracking product moves, pricing changes, and customer sentiment across the AR landscape.

  • Manage and quality-control content output across contractors, agencies, and AI-assisted workflows—you own the bar for everything that goes to market.

You Might Be a Fit If You…
  • Have 4–8 years of professional experience, with 2–4+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing at high-growth companies selling to finance, operations, or enterprise buyers.

  • Have a track record of building sales enablement and competitive positioning that directly impacted revenue—not just content volume.

  • Have experience marketing to non-digital-native buyers in traditional industries (manufacturing, healthcare, industrials, financial services).

  • Understand enterprise sales cycles, complex buying committees, and what it takes to move a $100K+ deal from discovery to close.

  • Write with clarity and conviction—you can distill complex technical capabilities into messaging a CFO would actually read.

  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and building from zero—this is a first PMM hire, not a slot in an existing machine.

  • Are fluent with AI-powered tools for research, content creation, and workflow acceleration—you use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar to produce 80% first drafts and move at 2x the speed of a traditional PMM.

Compensation

  • Top-of-market salary and equity package

  • Benefits (for U.S.-based full-time employees)

  • Medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you

  • 401(k) & Match

  • Equity

  • Flexible PTO

  • Parental Leave
