We move fast. We build boldly. We execute with purpose. And we do it together.
💼 About the role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and go-to-market — owning positioning, messaging, and launches for the Ultralytics product suite across our open-source ecosystem and commercial platform. You’ll translate real capabilities from the codebase into clear value for both developers and enterprise buyers, grounded in user feedback and measurable adoption.
You’ll lead GTM strategy for new features and releases across the Ultralytics docs, Guides, and community channels, and you’ll build sales enablement that helps partners and commercial teams win with clarity and technical credibility.
This role is hands-on and technical: you’ll work directly with engineers and product managers to shape narratives from what we ship, validate messaging with users in the Ultralytics Community, and improve how the world understands and adopts Ultralytics.
🚀 What you'll do
GTM strategy & launches

  • Own launch plans, timelines, and cross-functional execution for product releases.

  • Define segments, ICPs, and use cases across developer, SMB, and enterprise adoption paths.

  • Build end-to-end launch kits: messaging, docs updates, release notes, and announcements.

Positioning, messaging & narrative

  • Create crisp positioning frameworks that map capabilities to outcomes and differentiation.

  • Turn technical features into simple, accurate stories for devs and decision-makers.

  • Maintain messaging consistency across website, docs, and GTM assets.

Developer marketing & open-source GTM

  • Improve developer-facing onboarding across docs, examples, and product education.

  • Partner with engineering to ship technical content tied to real workflows and code.

  • Engage the open-source ecosystem to grow adoption and contributions on GitHub.

Sales enablement & cross-functional alignment

  • Build enablement assets: one-pagers, battlecards, demos, and objection handling.

  • Align with Growth and Partnerships on pipelines, distribution, and launch amplification.

  • Instrument feedback loops with support, community, and customers to refine GTM.

🧠 Skills and experience
Core requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing for technical products (AI/ML, developer tools, SaaS, or infrastructure).

  • Proven ownership of GTM strategy and product launches with measurable outcomes.

  • Strong technical fluency in AI and computer vision concepts and developer workflows.

  • Excellent writing for technical audiences across docs, guides, and enablement assets.

  • Comfort collaborating daily with engineers and product managers in an intense startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing open-source products and communities at scale.

  • Familiarity with Ultralytics YOLO models and Documentation.

  • Background in technical documentation, developer education, or solutions engineering.

  • Experience with PLG motions, usage-based funnels, and instrumentation/analytics.

  • Hands-on understanding of Python, APIs, and ML deployment concepts.

🌟 Cultural fit

You'll thrive here if you:

  • Take ownership and deliver results with focus and accountability.

  • Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • See collaboration as the foundation for meaningful progress.
