This is a full-time, 10-week internship running from June 2 to August 8, 2025, and pays $30/hour. Applications are due by April 7, 2025.

As a Product Operations Intern at IAS, you will work directly with the Chief Product Officer to help shape the future of our organization by streamlining workstreams, improving how we leverage data, and driving operational efficiency across our product, engineering, and commercial teams.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will gain firsthand experience in organizational transformation, learn from industry leaders, and contribute to initiatives that have a real impact on how we work and build products.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Build Tooling to Optimize Product Workflows – Identify and implement more efficient workstreams across product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Enable Teams on New Processes – Help teams adopt and scale new methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve execution.
  • Leverage Data for Decision-Making – Uplevel how we use customer feedback, market research, and internal analytics to inform the product roadmap and business strategy.
  • Support Organizational Transformation – Assist in change management initiatives that make our teams more agile, data-driven, and effective.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to break silos and accelerate execution.
  • Work with Leadership – Get exposure to C-suite decision-making, helping to drive strategic priorities from the top down.

You Should Apply If You Have:

  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong technical business acumen—you understand both technical and strategic aspects of AI product development.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—you take initiative, solve problems independently, and thrive in ambiguity.
  • Passion for process optimization and making teams more efficient.
  • Experience working with data—whether it's analyzing trends, gathering insights, or building dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills (e.g., email, long-form narrative, slide creation) and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude and self-motivation—you’re excited to roll up your sleeves and make an impact.

What Puts You Over the Top:

  • Experience building AI/ Agentic software solutions to stakeholder needs – these can be solutions you have built and tested for any type of stakeholder!
  • Familiarity with product/ project management tools (e.g., Jira, Product Board, Aha Asana).
  • A passion for AdTech, media measurement, or digital advertising.
