**This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Solihull location, specifically, working in-office 3 days per week, and 2 days working from home.**

We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to help supercharge how we bring innovation to life at SugarCRM.
In this role, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our Product Management organization — ensuring that ideas move smoothly from concept to delivery. You’ll help us scale our product processes, optimize tools, and give our teams the clarity and visibility they need to build the next generation of Sugar products.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving process challenges, and takes pride in driving measurable impact through operational excellence.
Impact You’ll Make:
- Streamline the Product Lifecycle: Build and manage the processes that take new product ideas from discovery to delivery.
- Own the Tools: Act as the go-to expert for our product management systems — ensuring our roadmap data is accurate, consistent, and actionable.
- Boost Visibility: Create dashboards, reports, and insights that track roadmap health, release progress, and product performance.
- Drive Process Excellence: Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design to align planning cycles, backlog grooming, and release readiness.
- Improve the Flow of Innovation:Identify bottlenecks, drive operational improvements, and continuously evolve how our teams work together.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology company.
- Deep familiarity with tools like Pendo, Productboard, Aha!,and Jira or similar product management tools.
- Proven ability to implement and optimize processes that improve team efficiency and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills — with a knack for simplifying complexity.
- Analytical mindset with experience creating reports and KPIs for product and delivery performance.
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership from start to finish.
