Red Canary, a Zscaler company, monitors an enterprise’s environment to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats so they can focus on their mission. The Red Canary Product Operations team is chartered with driving the product lifecycle to achieve desired customer and business outcomes, with a primary focus on projects, programs & processes. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage first principles thinking to identify, scope and execute on top priorities within Product Management, Engineering and Operations.  

We're looking for an experienced Product Operations Specialist to join our Product Operations team. Reporting to the VP of Product Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Owning the full lifecycle of project management including: identifying and scoping opportunities, outlining project plans and timelines, leading cross functional project groups to execution and reporting project status 
  • Dissecting complex problems into actionable deliverables 
  • Adapting to changing project requirements and priorities, proactively steering projects around challenges
  • Identifying and developing new processes, and updating and enforcing existing processes that enable team members to operate more efficiently
  • Building strong stakeholder and cross functional relationships via detailed communication and engagement strategies 
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in project & program management, ideally working with Product Management, Engineering and other technical teams within small companies (100-500 people)
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field 
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions with limited information
  • Exceptional communication in both written and verbal interactions; clear, concise, and courageous in giving tough yet supportive feedback when needed to leaders at all levels

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Google Suite and Slack 
  • Deep experience with Jira

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$87,500$125,000 USD
