The Opportunity
At Workhuman, Product Researchers play a vital role in shaping products that help people feel recognised, connected, and valued at work. As a Product Researcher, you will independently lead end-to-end research across key product areas, partnering closely with design, product, and engineering to ensure user insight meaningfully informs product decisions.
You will own research delivery for a defined product area while remaining flexible to support broader initiatives, contributing high-quality insights that help teams build confident, evidence-informed solutions.
The value you will deliver:
Independently plan, design, and deliver end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research studies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to shape research questions and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Select and apply appropriate research methods to support discovery and evaluative work.
Run stakeholder workshops and research readouts independently, ensuring insights are clearly understood and applied.
Collaborate with designers to identify, test, and improve usability and experience across the product.
Analyse and synthesise research data into compelling narratives that inform product decisions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of Research Ops, including processes, tools, and ways of working.
Use AI-assisted research techniques where appropriate, demonstrating curiosity and confidence in experimenting with new tools and approaches.
Stay up to date with emerging research practices, tools, and technologies, sharing learnings with the team.
Advocate for the value of research through strong partnerships, clear insight, and thoughtful communication, helping ensure user insight shapes product direction.
What You Bring:
3+ years’ experience delivering user or product research end to end.
Strong experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Ability to independently choose and apply appropriate methods within an agreed research approach.
Experience working in B2B product environments, strongly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly, adapting format and medium to suit different audiences.
A collaborative mindset and confidence working with designers, product managers, and engineers.
Curiosity about AI-assisted research and emerging tools, with a willingness to experiment and learn.
Strong analytical thinking and sound judgement when working with complex or incomplete information.
Familiarity with common product and research collaboration tools such as Figma, Confluence, Asana, and AI-assisted tools, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
