We are seeking an VP Product Specialist to drive adoption of our impact-focused private markets strategies across advisors, foundations, and family offices. This role sits at the front line of client engagement—translating impact expertise into credible, insight-led conversations that lead to capital deployment.

What You’ll Do

  • Use data and market insight to identify and prioritize impact investing prospects and clients. Work with internal teams to determine best way to engage with these individuals.
  • Determine key influencers for impact-oriented family offices and foundations and develop engagement strategy.
  • Develop targeted engagement strategies for advisors to share updated impact alternatives capabilities.
  • Lead education-driven conversations with advisors, foundations, and family offices—building trust and advancing toward allocation decisions
  • Translate complex impact strategies into clear, compelling narratives for sophisticated investors
  • Create and refine client-facing materials that directly support investment decisions
  • Act as the quarterback in client engagements, bringing in internal experts at the right moments to deepen dialogue and move decisions forward
  • Capture feedback from internal and external stakeholders to inform the evolution of our impact strategies and client capabilities

Core Requirements

  • Impact investing credibility: Deep familiarity with impact investing in private markets, including fluency in impact frameworks, measurement approaches, and trade-offs; able to engage credibly with sophisticated allocators
  • Wealth channel experience: Proven ability to engage advisors, family offices, foundations, or OCIOs in investment discussions
  • Commercial track record: Experience influencing or driving capital mobilization through relationship-led, education-first engagement
  • Executive presence: Ability to lead conversations, read the room, and build trust quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree Required
  • 5–7+ years of experience in financial services (e.g., asset management, banking, wealth management)
  • Working knowledge of private markets, including fund structures, illiquidity, capital calls, and manager selection
  • Experience supporting investor relations and fundraising/capital raising efforts such as helping prepare LP/investor communications and fundraising materials, coordinating diligence/Q&A and pipeline tracking, and supporting investor meetings/events
  • FINRA licenses SIE, 7, 66; or willingness to obtain upon hire

Who You Are

  • You lead with insight, not a pitch—but remain accountable for outcomes
  • You orchestrate conversations, not just participate in them
  • You simplify complexity without sacrificing credibility
  • You are proactive and resourceful in navigating teams, systems, and clients

What Success Looks Like

  • Increased allocations into impact-focused private markets strategies
  • Strong engagement across priority wealth and institutional segments
  • Effective use of internal experts to deepen conversations and accelerate decisions
  • Client-ready materials that are actively used in allocation processes
  • Clear market feedback shaping future product and client capabilities
