Associate Product Manager

As an Associate Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Design Teams to build industry-leading software that reimagines org management and people analytics.You will work closely with your fellow Product Managers and other stakeholders to help customers unlock all the superpowers ChartHop provides them.

As a Associate Product Manager, you will:

• Work side-by-side with design, engineering, and your fellow product managers to develop solutions that our users love and that further our business goals. 
• Build a deep understanding of customer problems, developing hypotheses, and validating them with design solutions.
• Identify user needs and pains, barriers to adoption, and business opportunities through a combination of research, feedback collection, and competitive analysis. You’ll share your findings with the broader product engineering team, to inform the product roadmap.
• Drive execution against the roadmap: making trade-offs, anticipating needs, de-risking projects, and ensuring frequent and clear communication across functions.
• Do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a user’s frustration
• Beyond just shipping new products, you obsess about continuous product improvement

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a Product Management role or 3+ years of experience on a product development team at a SaaS company (engineering, product design, scrum master)
• BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Statistics or equivalent experience
• Growth mindset and a desire to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for talking to end users and understanding their world
• Product sense and demonstrated track record of strategic thinking is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Salary range - $100K- $130K base plus bonus and equity
