The Opportunity:

We are seeking candidates for the Product Success team at VirtualHealth. Recent graduates are welcome. This challenging and rewarding role will provide you with the opportunity to develop product optimization, client support, and process delivery skills at the exciting nexus of healthcare and technology. Over time, you may have the opportunity to transition to more senior roles within product management, solutions delivery, and client services based on your skill progression and business need. 

The Position:

• Interface with clients and help diagnose potential product issues
• Provide timely, accurate and professional updates to client staff
• Create and prioritize internal tickets to document confirmed issues
• Work closely with the engineering team to coordinate and drive issue resolution
• Collaborate with product managers on product enhancements and refinements
• Engage cross-functionally with other departments on strategic discussions, new capabilities, and client relationship management
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle, including implementation, go-live, and on-going operations
• U.S.-based with ability to work remotely

The Candidate:

• Recent graduate with interest in and passion for healthcare and technology
• Proven record of success and ability to work effectively in team-based environments
• Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering commitment
