Your Impact on our Mission
Zocdoc is looking for a Director of Product to drive our product strategy, organization development and business outcomes for our advertising products. Working closely with Sales, Biz Ops, Product Ops, and Engineering teams, this role sits at the nexus of our marketplace, connecting the right patients to the right providers. We expect this unit to be our fastest growing business in the company, and we’re looking for a dynamic leader with experience working in performance ads to take the reins and lead the org!

Your day to day is…
- Full ownership of understanding our provider partner marketing business and working to coordinate efforts to drive growth
- Monitoring and analyzing usage to uncover business insights and understand health of business
- Collaborating with sales, technology and business operations to prioritize and deliver technical initiatives that drive the business
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- The drive and excitement to tackle complex product challenges
- Proven track record of entering a new space and building expertise rapidly
- Experience partnering with senior sales, business operations and technology teams
- Background in highly analytical roles - SQL skills desired
- You are comfortable in an ever-changing environment and have a passion for successfully navigating ambiguous problem areas
- An ownership mentality with the ability to execute product initiatives in line with the business strategy
- 8+ years of work experience in relevant roles - bonus points for adtech/performance marketing space
- Client-facing experience a plus; strong communication skills are a must

Return to Office
The safety and health of our team members is our top priority. As local case numbers and regulations allow, our NYC office will be accessible to all employees five days a week, though working in-office remains completely voluntary; everyone is invited but nobody is required to work in the office.
