In this position, you will be acting as a Product Manager within the Small Business Solutions Business. You'll help lead product launch activities and ongoing market-facing support, predominately working in an agile environment, with a SCRUM team. You'll also combine your business and product strategy experience to help the senior product owner set the product road map and vision, and then take responsibility for ensuring the development and execution of the product achieves the desired outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the senior product owner's strategy and articulate the vision and mission of the product roadmap, including implementation and prioritization
• As Product Manager, manage the strategic growth roadmap and execution for ADP's eVo product, only direct to consumer offering, to ensure explosive growth and maintain relevancy in an increasingly competitive market.
• Work with development team to develop user stories and requirements while evaluating their potential and practicality by analyzing market and customer needs
• Serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
• Act as the product champion when coordinating product development with business stakeholders, and align all development activity with business goals and priorities.
• Support the management of the product backlog (grooming, prioritization and refinement), working with the product SCRUM teams to clarify requirements balances business needs with technical requirements, and recommends alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements when needed
• Collaborate with ADP business unit product management, marketing, sales and service on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6+ years of experience in a market-facing software and enterprise solutions product management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience

• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams to accomplish project goals
• Capable of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and external
• Strategic consulting experience
• Agile methodology experience
• Advanced degree, such as an MBA
