What We’re Looking For
As the world’s largest wholesale platform for legal cannabis, we’ve built a unified set of experiences across commerce, payments, logistics, and various other solutions. As we continue to scale our offerings, LeafLink is committed to building a product operations team to support the enablement and impact of our product organization.
We are looking for a Director of Product Operations to establish processes, communications, frameworks and cross-functional alignments that enable LeafLink’s product organization to scale. This role and future team will be responsible for digesting and organizing product trends, customer feedback, stakeholder feedback, and various other inputs. On the output side, this team will produce thoughtful benchmarks, documentation, reports, assets, and processes that enable decision making, transparency, education, and insights which allow us to move faster and more confidently as a product organization and company.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and deliver a team, frameworks, tooling, and processes that ensure product operational excellence across the entire company
- Organize NPS, customer feedback, market research, and other product input channels into insights to support product decision making
- Introduce technology, create documentation, and collaborate on efforts to empower and educate LeafLink teammates on how to support, sell, and speak to various product offerings
- Define and iterate our product operations playbook and implement it across our P&E department and pods
- Build a sensible and lightweight decision-making process to ensure decisions are consistent and transparent to parties inside and outside of product
- Lead the aggregation of product feedback from key stakeholders and various other channels
- Partner with our growing Go-To-Market team to surface operational and org-level improvements we could make to better execute on large, multi-team initiatives
Qualifications:
- A track record of proven experience, accomplishments, and lessons learned leading product operations, initiatives, and building successful processes that enable other teams to move with speed and make high-quality decisions
- At least 5 years of product experience, ideally in a startup environment for a platform that offered multiple experiences to paying customers
- Experience defining and perhaps inventing processes and metrics, using them to drive decisions and efficiencies
- Natural collaboration and communication skills with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization
- You are inspired by LeafLink’s vision, mission, and value system and are committed to driving us toward these pursuits daily.
- Notable experience working in e-commerce, digital payments, enterprise, or two-sided marketplaces is a plus
