About the Role
MoneyLion is looking for an experienced product leader to head our Payments product management team. Our Product Platform is the foundation of MoneyLion, enabling the safe, seamless, and compliant money movement for all our products and evolving shared components in the MoneyLion user experience across our customer-facing product and internal tools.
In this role, you’ll lead a cross-functional team of engineers, analysts, and operations specialists working on our payments platform. You’ll be responsible for our payments strategy to support new and existing products and the platform that helps us facilitate millions of transactions. The role requires a mix of great technical depth, principled thinking and well-honed product judgment. Key Responsibilities
- Develop the Product Platform product roadmap for a cross-functional team of PMs, engineers, data scientists, designers, and operators
- Partner with Product Managers across the company to guide and develop payment capabilities for new products.
- Identify emerging payments and risk capabilities (e.g via banks, vendors, partners), build business cases, and define product vision and strategy
- Evolve shared user experience components across our customer-facing product and internal tools
- Articulate and design customer experiences that make our users (including internal customers) smile
- Understand customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate, and launch frequently
About You
- 10+ years of product management, analytics, or development experience in the tech industry
- 5+ or more years of experience in building platform products in rapidly scaling companies
- Deep domain experience in payments with experience defining strategic vision and tactical execution to build large scale payments platforms
- Bring grit, a willingness to roll up your sleeves, and be a hands-on help to your team
- Pay great attention to detail. Pixel perfect isn’t an ideal, it is a requirement
- Be entrepreneurial, driven, passionate about our mission, and have deep empathy for our customers
- Experience in effectively working with multiple teams for collaboration and company-wide project delivery
