Our EVP of Product

Knotch is ushering in a brand new suite of content intelligence tools. With each product release, we become closer to leading the enterprise market in content intelligence, analysis, and planning, so we’re serious about hiring a leader, and we want you to be serious about building a team.

As Knotch’s EVP of Product, you will take the lead on our agile product development strategy as well as building and supporting a team of world-class product professionals. Your relentless attitude and experience working in smaller companies on data products proves that you’re technically capable as well as resilient enough to navigate our ever-evolving enterprise product roadmap. We need a product leader, and you’re the one who’s eager to take the helm and steer the Knotch ship to a fully-realized product function. You will work closely with and report directly to our Co-founder and Chief Creative Officer, Aron Tzimas.

How you’ll add value at Knotch

• Establish a long-term product vision and strategy with continuous proactive adaptation
• Partner with the CCO and executive team on product roadmap and long-term strategy
• Establish scalable feedback processes that inform thoughtful product development outcomes and increase clients’ Knotch product sentiment
• Own the company-wide product roadmap across product, and engineering and enable execution
• Lead team to deliver high quality, reliable product execution to enable explosive revenue growth
• Frame Knotch’s growth from a Product-driven perspective, aligning development goals and product innovation with revenue goals and sales systems
• Partner cross-functionally with sales and operational teams to inform the product strategy and meet customer needs
• Hire and develop the best talent while creating mechanisms to scale talent
• Embody, contribute to, and help adapt the company culture through uncertainty
• Model a growth mindset and curiosity for the organization by giving and receiving feedback effectively

You’ll be successful here if you bring

• 10 or more years of product management experience contributing to the building self-service products
• Proven ability to launch and iterate upon new self-service products while emphasizing impact > activity
• A five-year or longer record of hiring for, managing, and coaching product team members of diverse skills and experience
• A persona that’s adaptable, hungry, curious, people-smart, and kind
• An emphasis throughout your career in qualitative research and quantitative analysis, using data to support strategy and action
• Expertise in the scientific method: you enjoy establishing hypotheses and building experiments to collect and use data to drive impactful results
• A resiliency mindset to lead teams through highly-ambiguous environments
• The proven ability to partner with client-facing teams to support sensitive customer escalations
• Effective and concise communication skills, both verbal and written

We also appreciate but don’t require

• A proven track record of building new product management functions at startups
• Product team leadership experience where you 10xd revenue: growing a company from $10mARR to $100m+ ARR
• Practical product experience in content intelligence or customer experience industries
