We’re looking for a Growth Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the growth team, you will identify and build programs to grow our Snapchatter community and product engagement around the world. Working from our Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, or New York office, you’ll collaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing, and international teams to lead in the development of novel growth programs and initiatives.
What you’ll do:
Build programs and initiatives to drive new user acquisition and churned user reactivation
Launch, optimize, and scale paid user acquisition campaigns to achieve specific goals
Conduct ongoing campaign performance reviews across channels, partners, countries, and strategies
Analyze community-level trends on a global basis to identify areas of opportunity for further exploration
Lead cross-functional efforts across product, design, engineering, marketing, and international teams
Ideate and execute creative product and feature experiments to impact engagement and retention
Present results, learnings, and recommendations based on program and campaign performance
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate programs against clear goals and objectives with minimal guidance
Excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting to and communicating with senior leadership
Ability to analyze performance, provide insights, and proactively provide recommendations
Ability to influence, partner, and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders
Ability to organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in mathematics, engineering, data science, finance or other technical field or equivalent years of experience
4+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, product management, or a quantitative role (e.g., finance, strategy, consulting) with a focus in technology, social media, or mobile communication
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building high-impact growth programs from the ground up
Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns across a variety of partners, countries, and channels (search, display, video, social, influencer)
Experience structuring, negotiating, and managing external business partnerships (e.g., with telecoms, device manufacturers, or social or communication apps)
Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Tableau)
Basic experience with SQL, python, or similar language
