Working alongside our Lead Product Manager, the Sr. Product Analyst, KYC will be charged with collaborating with our KYC Product team to help shape our product. Paxful’s team embraces customer focus, tenacious problem-solving, collaboration, and the Sr. Product Analyst, KYC will contribute to this culture while pushing us to innovate and do our best work.
What You’ll Do
- Break down high level MVPs and Epics into stories
- Make data driven decisions to support all initiatives
- Work with user feedback to make sure you understand what they want and how they think
- Be able to evaluate various software solutions for integration within our ecosystem
Who You Are
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multinational teams.
- You excel at synthesizing data and breaking it down into logical components, while not losing sight of the overall goal.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience with analysis and/or product management
- Can work with minimal supervision and deliver impact
- Experience with managing feature development and life cycle
- Experience with KYC or general Compliance initiatives is a big plus
- Database knowledge nice to have; Jira and Confluence
