Working at RippleMatch:
At RippleMatch, we help entry-level candidates find high skill jobs. Figuring out where to begin a career is a huge decision, but students are often forced to rely on overstretched career services centers and small personal networks when they begin their job search. We have built the first product ever to automate early career recruiting and career coaching. Our software helps companies build diverse and high-quality teams and helps candidates find the right opportunity.Since launching RippleMatch from our college dorm room, we have taken off on college campuses, raised over $10 million in venture funding, and brought on some of the most exciting companies in the country as customers. Our tight-knit team works hard, celebrates wins, and cares deeply about changing the way finding a job works.
We are hiring a product analyst to support the product team and pioneer delivery of new content-heavy features. As an early member of our product team, you will wear many hats, tackle tasks both small and large, and move very quickly. You will help with our QA process, data analytics reports, new feature rollouts, and build and analyze KPI dashboards.
Who we are looking for:
- Someone who is extremely detail-oriented and analytical
- Someone who makes decisions with a deep understanding of the bigger picture
- Someone with strong product thinking
- Someone who moves quickly and works hard
- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in an early stage startup environment
- Strong presentation / report-making skills
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Experience analyzing data with SQL
- High level of user empathy
Culture & Perks:
At RippleMatch, we understand that building a startup is a marathon, not a sprint. We offer a full slate of benefits, including competitive compensation, equity, daily free lunches, and comprehensive healthcare benefits. While we work hard, we also make time for fun through company outings, happy hours, hackathons, and of course, beer on tap.
RippleMatch is a proud equal opportunity employer.
