We are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our incredible team as a Product Manager, Growth. You will lead efforts specifically focused on driving new customer acquisition, partnering with the growth team cross-functional stakeholders. You will drive product initiatives from initial strategy and vision, to discovery and experimentation, through execution and delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who is collaborative, analytical, and results driven. You have foundational experiences working on conversion related initiatives, A/B testing, and iterative product development.

Requirements

  • Define and execute the growth product roadmap to drive Petfolk business goals, partnering cross-functionally with acquisition marketing, data science, engineering, and design
  • Baseline and improve digital acquisition loops, including paid and organic conversion funnels across B2C and B2B2C offerings
  • Partner with growth stakeholders to build and iterate landing page design, marketing ads to funnel conversion, marketing capabilities (e.g., promotions and referrals tooling), and other growth initiatives
  • Drive product feature development through the entire process, from ideation to launch and iteration
  • Develop product specs to translate business and customer requirements into digital experiences, partnering with design and engineering to bring the specs to life
  • Use product metrics to inform business decisions, uncover product opportunities, and evaluate success
  • Partner with data science and analytics teams to run quantitative experiments and analysis to test hypotheses and iteratively develop product capabilities
     

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years product management experience, with at least 1 year focused on growth related initiatives for consumer products
  • Experience driving growth metrics (e.g., conversion, CAC, AOV)
  • Proficiency with growth related platforms, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude, and others
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • A high degree of ownership mentality
  • Experience shipping great products with exceptional user experiences at scale
  • A passion for understanding user needs
  • A highly analytical person who uses data to determine product strategy, roadmap, and trade-offs in product development
  • Strong written and oral communication and team management skills, the ability to simplify complex topics, and comfort presenting at all levels of the organization, from exec on down
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com)
  • Bachelor's degree
