iCapital Network is seeking an accomplished Product Manager to solve fun and complex problems focused on connecting investment advisors with alternative asset managers. The Product Manager will be responsible for all aspects of product building from identifying unmet needs to defining requirements, writing user stories, developing project communication plan to testing product features. We live and breathe agile and deploy fast to learn and iterate quickly. Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the execution of the product roadmap
- Identify the highest leverage areas and mobilize key constituents quickly to deliver great products
- Work with Design, Technology and other partners in scoping different solutions, writing user-stories and preparing the organization for product launches
- Test and review online product upgrades to ensure flawless execution
- Manage multiple concurrent requests and requirements
- Monitor the performance of the product and continuously improve it through all the life-stages of a product
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape from a business and legal / compliance perspective
- Step outside the product realm when appropriate to contribute to the team and overall company mission
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced, agile environment. Financial technology background is strongly preferred.
- Ability to design a business process and explain the concepts behind it
- Comfort with leveraging SQL data and data modelling
- Strong technical background and understanding of UX design concepts & principles; ability to construct wireframes and design user experiences while understanding basic API functionalities
- Strong interpersonal skills and are capable of building relationships to gain buy in and achieve business results
- History of customer centric focus with a knack for quick and thoughtful problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; proven ability to influence and communicate effectively
