Here at Zola, we’re seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to help us grow the number of people that know about and use Zola. We are growing quickly! We are launching new products and rapidly scaling the number customers who use existing products.

Your ultimate goal as a Senior Product Manager focused on acquisition will be to collaborate with cross functional partners, marketing mostly, to grow the number of people using our products. We’re looking for someone who can both sweat the details and tie them back to the big picture. The successful candidate should be equally comfortable talking tech with developers, brand positioning with marketing and conversion funnel metrics with the Executive team. You’ll be assisting product specific Product Managers on how to grow specific businesses within Zola. You’ll obsess over A/B testing different landing pages, SEO and conversion funnels. You’ll love understanding how an advertising channel drives traffic to the site but more importantly the tradeoffs between the quality and quantity of leads.

You’ll execute on the vision, anticipate and make trade-offs, deliver an amazing customer experience, prioritize everything there is to do, while keeping the business and customer needs top of mind. You’re a problem solver and have a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at the same time.

Our ideal candidate loves both building and optimizing, and both strategizing and doing. You are a structured and creative thinker, able to toggle easily between the big themes and the little details. You are equally comfortable in SQL, Google Analytics and AB Testing Platforms, and you can prove your ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
