A new subsidiary of IEX is looking for a driven, motivated candidate to join our Product Management team. You will lead a business unit and have overall P&L responsibility for this subsidiary. You will demonstrate the composure and aptitude required to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure and fast-paced startup environment.

This position is best suited for a highly collaborative, team-oriented individual who is passionate about building and supporting great products. You’ll work directly with cloud vendors, channel partners and end users to grow the business as well as cross functionally with business development, technology, and executive teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Analyze market requirements, sizes, and opportunities for high performance cloud networking products in specific vertical markets
• Create, manage, and justify product requirements and roadmaps
• Work with development teams to prioritize and integrate product requirements into development cycles
• Create business opportunities by working with sales and marketing partners
• Manage business opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle to close
• Provide technical assistance and business support as required to close opportunities
• Manage support functions through the life of an account
• Lead members of the product team, including presales engineering, support, and business development functions

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years’ experience in product management for technical product line or;
• 10+ years’ experience in enterprise systems sales for a technical product line.
• Eagerness to work in a collaborative team environment where you can make a meaningful contribution with your work
