Who we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a customer-centric Sr. Product Manager to join the ranks of our product team at our fast-growing company! The Sr. Product Manager will assist in driving our platform by translating ideas into strategy and features, and direct engineering from start to finish.

You’ll focus on our customers’ needs, working closely with product management, UX|UI designers, sales, marketing, customers, and the engineering team to design new features and proactively improve existing functionality. We’re a small team and you’ll own and evangelize the product.

Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders to evaluate product needs and identify key business drivers to develop a product roadmap
• Document and maintain competitive analysis for market pricing and product positioning 
• Run feedback / needs analysis workshops with strategic clients
• Create and maintain a product backlog with epics and user stories
• Work with design teams to create UI wireframes, mockups and prototypes
• Run agile ceremonies with globally-distributed team members
• Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and development team members
• Provide product demos and presentations to clients
• Monitor and communicate project health through metrics
• Coordinate and run product launch activities
• Facilitate product usability testing sessions

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience as an agile product manager
• Strong understanding of digital campaign execution including email, social, or display preferred.
• Experience with Confluence / Jira
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Well organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with changing requirements
• Ability to coordinate and problem-solve with employees at implementation and management levels
• Start-up experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
