We’re fixing the retirement savings system - come join us.

We’re on a mission to make saving for retirement easy. Our first product helps people digitally locate their old 401k accounts and consolidate them into a new account at any financial institution - without the paperwork, phone calls, and faxes of the past. In doing so, we’re automating the process by which $500 billion in 401k assets is transferred each year. We’re also making sure that the 15 million 401k account holders who change jobs annually don’t do the wrong thing with their assets - like cash them out, leave them behind, or pay excessive fees that erode their savings over time.

But that’s not where we’re stopping. We believe all Americans should retire with enough money for a life of dignity. Over time, we intend to eliminate all of the friction & fees embedded in the retirement savings system that stops them from doing so.

We’ve raised $15mm from leading venture capital investors including Canapi Ventures, Greycroft, RRE, Bling Capital, and Walkabout Ventures.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly growing team. You’ll play a key role in improving our core rollover platform. You’ll also be instrumental in expanding our platform to new offerings that help consumers better save and invest for retirement. We’re an entrepreneurial team and we’re moving quickly - as an early employee you’ll have a big impact on our success and participate meaningfully in the upside. We expect your responsibilities will grow significantly as we do.

What You’ll Do

  • Improve the user experience on our core rollover platform and lead the work on new features as we expand into adjacent categories.
  • Drive the execution of product work from end-to-end - establish product requirements, set timelines, and project manage the roll-out of new features.
  • Process, review, and interpret large amounts of customer data to uncover new product insights.
  • Formulate hypotheses to improve conversion and rigorously test them with product experiments.
  • Work cross functionally with our design and engineering teams to get features shipped and collaborate with our marketing team to shape messaging to users.

Who You Are

  • You’re intellectually honest - you don’t need to always have the right answers. But you need to ask the right questions, use data, and be open to healthy debate.
  • You move fast and understand trade-offs - you get things done thoughtfully and are comfortable being accountable for your work.
  • You’re driven by mission - you believe, like we do, that it’s possible to make money and do good at the same time.
  • You’re ambitious and optimistic - you’re keen to tackle big challenges, bit by bit.
  • You’re persistent - you have grit and view setbacks as a learning opportunity.
  • You want to have fun - you want to celebrate the wins with us.
  • You can wear many hats - you’re a team player willing to chip in across the business.
  • You’re an exceptional performer - you have a track record of high achievement.

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of product experience, with a track record of optimizing early-stage products.
  • Experience working with consumer-facing products that have a complex funnel.
  • A strong analytical orientation with an ability to think creatively about how to get the information you need to prove or disprove a hypothesis using user research or data.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • An effective communicator who can clearly articulate decisions and mobilize support for key initiatives.
  • Bonus points: experience as an early Product hire at a venture-backed company.
  • Bonus points: prior Fintech experience.

We’re an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in the workplace. We’re assembling a well-rounded team of exceptional performers to help us build a great company - for the long-term. Come join us.
