ADP is hiring a Senior Director, Product Management

Workforce Now is the market leader in people management and is looking for a leader to augment our deep expertise and comprehensive capabilities with fresh people-centric approaches.

 

In this position, you will own the product strategy and execution to take our people management offerings to the next level. Leading a global team of product managers, you will set the path for growth in market share, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement through a clear set of OKRs and amplify a culture of innovation in close partnership with UX, Engineering, Sales, Implementation, and Service. The position reports directly to the VP and Chief Product Owner of Workforce Now.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategize: Set the strategic foundation for how ADP can differentiate its core HCM products by combining our deep capabilities with people-centric approaches
  • Mobilize: Establish the processes / culture to ensure the team is rapidly iterating, customer obsessed, and fiercely data-driven in driving innovation, product adoption and customer value realization
  • Prioritize: Focus teams by ensuring that product, UX, and engineering teams have a clear understanding of the end outcomes we are working to achieve (i.e., OKRs). Align efforts across teams and break ties when necessary
  • Recognize: Mentor and develop a team of product managers to enhance their career trajectories as well as their contributions to our customers and our team
  • Evangelize: Lead our analytics and benchmarking client advisory board and work closely with customer, sales, implementation, and service teams to help them understand how our people analytics and benchmarking products can drive business outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in product management, strategy, software development
  • Strong problem solving and storytelling skills
  • Demonstrated experience in driving customer-obsessed, data-driven product innovation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Human Capital Management
  • Hands-on experience with bringing products to market at scale
  • Experience leading product management teams
