We're looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and collaboration to join the ADP team as the Senior Director, Product Management. This key role is responsible for managing the Data Collection and Analytics associated with solutions across our Workforce Management product suite.

 

Critical will be leading the product team to drive product innovation, vision and strategy while executing on a product roadmap that aligns and meets the needs of business objectives and goals. As part of the product management team, you are front and center in helping us move forward. Act like an owner.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the Product Strategy for our Workforce Management Data Collection and Analytics offerings
  • Drive the Strategy for our Next Generation Time Kiosk
  • Evaluate new technologies, identify customer needs, understand the competition and work with a focused team to bring the product to market
  • Establish Measurable Outcome Focus identifying which are the most meaningful KPIs to track to drive product OKRs.
  • Understand competitors and the market to help identify and strategize around new partnerships or acquisition targets to broaden or enhance a product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with your Development and User Experience peers to guarantee the delivery of the best Workforce Management solutions in the market.
  • Partner with the Marketing, Sales and Services teams on the development of product positioning, demo design, training courses, sales collateral, etc. to ensure that business objectives are achieved
  • Evangelize internally and externally the benefits of our offerings.
  • Manage a team of product owners responsible of the execution for the solution from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life
  • Mentor & coach peers and lower tenured Product Owners through deliveries and effectiveness.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 10+ years of experience designing and deploying kiosk solutions.
  • Experience managing an agile design-driven, user-centered product and development team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams to accomplish project goals
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience
  • Proven experience building and leading strong product teams that achieve high standards of performance.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Workforce Management and other HCM solutions.
  • Experience with biometrics including facial recognition.
  • Experience in agile fast paced development environments.
  • Experience building and deploying software solutions across multiple platforms including web, mobile, and tablet devices.
  • Understanding the intricacies of the Apple iOS and Google Play app stores.
  • Experience in building Global solutions.

There are lots of events constantly going on at Lifion! From meetups to tech talks to our weekly Thursday happy hours, there's a good mix of work and play.
