You refactor business process as well as lead technical delivery. Empower the team to deliver the roadmap that balances feature development with long term scaling.
- Obsess over customers: Use design thinking and market research to develop a strategy to create world class employee experience.
- Think big: Internally, this role will inspire the organization to think differently and innovate. You will provide thought leadership and collaborate with colleagues to develop a best in class employee experience for all your Peloton colleagues.
- Communication: You must be comfortable and experienced in communicating to both senior leadership as well as middle management, technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years focusing on People systems, including Core HRM and Talent Acquisition systems

- You are a self starter, you have the ability to act autonomously while knowing when to check in with your colleagues, ask for feedback, and make adjustments.
- You are data driven and lean on data to make decisions. When you don't have data, you search for anecdotes to gain insights. Barring both, you will make a call based on instinct and experience.
