About the Role

We are looking for a technical product manager who is confident in their ability to understand the needs of the users of our products and transform that understanding into engaging solutions to their problems. Click’s software and technology is pioneering in health care which requires the product managers at Click to collaborate with multiple experts such as clinicians, scientists, product designers, software engineers, market researchers and data scientists.  This role will be focused on owning our roadmap of technical projects and the build out of the underlying platform and infrastructure powering all of Click’s products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical, cybersecurity, compliance, and business team members to identify the tools, processes, and enhancements required to improve Click’s technology
• Identify and monitor KPIs to promote stability, reliability, security, and availability of Click technology services
• Define and maintain a roadmap based on business, user, and stakeholder needs
• Own the product development experience and identify opportunities that will increase the productivity of the product, engineering, design, and quality teams
• Collaborate with a software development team in an Agile software development environment to plan, build, and release features
• Remove ambiguity and blockers to help the engineering team meet specific sprint goals
• Own backlog of work in JIRA, creating user story and bug tickets as needed
• Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, acceptance criteria, and KPIs

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in product management, software development, or engineering management, ideally in a fast paced startup environment
• A strong technical background, preferably with a STEM undergraduate degree or software engineering experience
• Experience working with technologies including, but not limited to, AWS, ReactNative, and node.js
• Understanding of client-server microservices based architectures
• Experience working on cross-functional teams to deliver software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to write thorough feature requirement documents as well as work with stakeholders and upper management
• Strong technical skills, project management, analytical problem solving, business analysis, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with systems design and/or foundational coding concepts
• Experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences
• Passionate about improving healthcare, have experience in the space or a personal connection
