Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in a production, coordination, or administrative role within an agency, brand, or production environment.
- Support day-to-day project operations including scheduling, note-taking, and task tracking.
- Assist with maintaining project documentation such as timelines, asset trackers, and status reports.
- Coordinate logistics across internal teams and external partners, including meetings, deliverables, and assets.
- Help track budgets and expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Clear communicator with the ability to follow direction and proactively support team needs.
- Interest in production workflows, vendors, and creative project execution.
