Production Plan Coordinator

In this role, you will impact the overall production efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring that production plans are realistic, achievable, and aligned with business objectives. Your coordination efforts will help optimize resource utilization and minimize production delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and timely production.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate production data and reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of production planning processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in production planning or coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling principles and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and production planning software to manage schedules and data.
• Ability to analyze production data and adjust plans to optimize workflow and meet delivery commitments.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and cross-functional collaboration to resolve production issues.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
