What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure compliance with company standards
