Responsibilities 

    • Oversight for adoption and sustained integration of the nursing care delivery model and interdisciplinary model of care.
    • Oversight of the development, implementation, and sustained integration of a shared governance model
    • Oversees data & NDQI reporting, data analysis & Interpretation and dissemination
    • Assures that nursing practice is evidence based

Requirements
  • NYS Registered Nurse License unencumbered
  • MSN Required
  • Management experience 3-5 years
  • Shared Governance experience
  • Magnet or Pathway to Excellence experience
  • Professional certification in a related specialty of willingness to obtain with in 3 years of hire.
