We’re looking for a skilled Program Lead to drive complex, high-impact programs across engineering, operations, and customer support. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate multiple vendors and stakeholders while building scalable processes for our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead major programs involving multiple vendors and internal teams, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
- Coordinate engineering and operations efforts to align with program goals and timelines.
- Own after-sales customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and proactive support.
- Develop and implement scalable customer support processes.
- Manage risks, timelines, and deliverables across complex projects.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a project or program manager.
- Background in engineering or business.
- Experience with DoD/USG programs highly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
