Job Description

As retail continues to evolve and challenges become increasingly complex and cross functional, Nordstrom Finance is changing its way of working and AI is a big part of that. The Data Analytics, Insights & AI team is building the capabilities, reporting, and ways of working that move Finance from reactive requests to strategic insight. You'll join the Program Management pillar and help drive that work across Finance, Product, and Engineering. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Program Management.


You will own programs and workstreams end-to-end, with a focus on helping Finance teams adopt AI and automation in their everyday work. You'll build timelines, track dependencies, manage change, and keep partners aligned on what's shipping and when.


**This role is Hybrid and requires you to be in office 4 days per week in downtown Seattle, WA.


A Day in the Life:


  • Manage programs and workstreams from intake through delivery, including the Looker migration and finance AI and automation initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of AI agents, skills, and connectors across Finance, and share best practices with analyst teams.
  • Identify where AI and automation can remove manual work, and partner with analysts and engineers to scope, pilot, and roll out solutions.
  • Use AI tools in your own program work and share what works with the team.
  • Lead change management for new tools and processes, including communications, training, and adoption tracking.
  • Build clear, executive-level PowerPoint presentations on status, risks, and recommendations.
  • Run program cadences and track work in Confluence and Jira.
  • Keep Finance, Product, and Engineering partners aligned and escalate blockers early.

You Own This If You Have:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience is required. MBA, relevant master’s degree, or equivalent job experience a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, analytics, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, including AI agents, skills, and connectors, and knowledge of AI best practices.
  • Experience with change management or adoption work.
  • Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills.
  • Program management organization skills, with working experience in Confluence and Jira.
  • Ability to read and interpret data in Excel and SQL.
  • Financial literacy and comfort working with finance partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Finance, data, or retail experience a plus.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. 
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
