Program Manager (Aesthetics Coaching Business) : Sri Lanka (Remote)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement systems, processes, and KPIs to support business scaling.
• Collaborate with consultants, HOD, and cross-functional teams to refine service offerings and growth frameworks.
• Partner with marketing & sales to align branding and go-to-market strategies.
• Ensure a seamless, best-in-class client experience with effective tools and processes.
• Research industry trends (medspa, dermatology, plastic surgery) and integrate best practices.
• Monitor KPIs, client feedback, and retention metrics to drive improvements.
• Lead retention strategies and oversee program launches from testing to adoption.

Expected Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years in Product/Program Management, Operations, or Business Strategy.
• Proven experience in scaling business processes or services.
• Strong execution, multitasking, and feedback integration skills.
• Excellent communication & collaboration with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
• Market research and growth-driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (PMP a plus).
• Preferred: Background in aesthetics, healthcare, or consulting.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
• Age Between 25-35 Years

• Work Schedule Commitment:  Since we are 100% virtual, we can create a flexible work schedule for 4 hours during the day and 4 hours at night.
