The Product Line is well positioned for growth in the coming years and is looking for a dynamic individual to join us. The program manager will lead engineering and manufacturing development (EMD) activities and cross-functional relationships through the early phases of the lifecycle. This role will be based in Nashua NH, and is full-time on-site.
The program manager will be responsible for Manufacturing Readiness Assessments and Production Readiness Reviews with the customer.

Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- US Citizen, Secret Clearance with ability to achieve TS/SCI/SAP/SAR.
- Excellent program/project management skills with a high level of business and financial acumen and proven ability to manage scope and budget.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Provide leadership and program management oversight of a project team assuring the project meets financials, schedule, and technical objectives, and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with all levels of senior management regarding program performance status (cost / schedule / resources / risk) as well as performance to annual financial objectives.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Demonstrated success in a program management role.
- Experience being Cost Account Manager (CAM).
- Top Secret Clearance with recent SCI Billet.
- Master of Science and/or MBA.
- PMP or other related certifications.
- Experience with electronic warfare products.
