ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Program Manager, Sales Communications to join the Global Sales Enablement & Training Team. The ideal candidate will have an impressive writing background, excellent storytelling skills, and the ability to craft compelling sales messages that resonate with both business and consumer audiences. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for developing clear, persuasive, and targeted sales content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and accelerates revenue growth.

This role is perfect for a communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating written communication content, sales process documentation, and has a deep understanding of how to tailor messaging for both B2B and B2C sales channels. This role will support our First-Party Inside Sales and Retail teams, Third-Party Retail teams and Peloton for Business sales teams (Commercial & Corporate Wellness). You will also play a key role in shaping go-to-market messaging and using sales tools to support revenue-generating activities.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Create Persuasive Sales Content: Develop high-quality written materials, including email campaigns and virtual chat communication that effectively communicate the value of our products and membership. To craft content that supports sales initiatives, enhances lead conversion, and accelerates the sales funnel.
  • Leverage Sales Tools: Use sales tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Groove)  to deliver targeted content and optimize outreach efforts. Develop email templates, sales scripts, and follow-up messages that align with sales goals and facilitate engagement.
    Support Sales Enablement: Develop scripts, email templates, and other sales collateral that assist the sales team in outreach and follow-up, helping them effectively communicate product benefits and close deals.
  • Measure Performance & Optimize for Revenue: Track and analyze the performance of all sales content and campaigns, evaluating metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement levels. Use insights to continuously optimize content, refine strategies, and ensure maximum return on investment on sales efforts.
  • Create Sales Content and Process Materials: Develop a variety of sales-related content and process documents, including sales playbooks, process documentation, and internal resources to standardize and streamline sales workflows.
  • Adapt Tone and Messaging: Tailor messaging and tone for different audiences, whether addressing business clients or individual consumers. Ensure that all content aligns with brand voice and resonates with target personas.
  • Support Go-to-Market Sales Team Communication: Work with the sales and marketing teams to craft go-to-market messaging for new product launches, market expansions, and promotional campaigns. Help ensure that all messaging is aligned, consistent, and impactful across all customer touchpoints.
  • Market Research & Industry Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends, competitor messaging, and customer pain points. Use insights to continuously improve content and strategy.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Proven Writing Experience: 3-5 years of experience in writing for sales, marketing, or a related field. Experience in both B2B and B2C writing is strongly preferred.
  • Impressive Portfolio: A portfolio highlighting your talent in building captivating content for a variety of sales scenarios (emails, sales scripts, etc.).
  • Versatility: Ability to quickly adapt to different writing styles, whether for formal business communications or casual consumer messaging.
    Analytical Mentality: Ability to analyze the performance of content and make data-informed decisions to refine and optimize sales messaging.
  • Go-to-Market Messaging Experience: Demonstrated ability to develop and refine go-to-market messaging that supports product launches, new market entry, or sales campaigns.
  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools to streamline content delivery and support sales enablement.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, legal, PMO, etc.).
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to proofread and ensure the accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness of all written materials.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) Salesforce (a must), Outreach and Groove (a plus)

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range

$106,296$138,185 USD
