The Studio Program Lead

The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world.

The Monad Foundation believes that building a rich ecosystem of founders is critical to the success of the ecosystem. We have established The Studio, a 20,000 square foot co-working space alongside the Monad Foundation NYC office, and we are looking for someone to lead the effort to thoughtfully grow and shape the community of builders occupying the space.

• You will shape the culture within The Studio’s residents, encouraging a culture of shipping, experimentation, and collaboration where builders benefit from being around each other

• You will establish and evolve the guiding principles and goals behind and for The Studio, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic priorities and the needs of the builder ecosystem.

• You will own the strategy and execution of engaging and attracting top builders to The Studio and the broader Monad ecosystem.

  • You will work closely with the Ecosystem team for guidance on outreach and programming, and the Operations team for the in-space Studio experience.

• You will manage the resident program end to end including the application process and communications, facilitation of on- and off-boarding, and ensuring alignment of the program to the company’s core values and goals.

• You will be the go-to person for builders and founders. 

  • This means you are the advisor and connector who can give founders and builders impactful suggestions and critical feedback. 

  • This also means you will manage the resident experience from end-to-end including application and approvals

• You will find creative ways to design innovative, engaging and impactful programs and events that bring value to founders and teams

  • Types of events include, but are not limited to; curated invite-only events, sector-specific events, panels, workshops, multi-day programs

• You will identify and invite key individuals, including thought leaders, industry experts and investors to participate in programs and events

• You will establish and build The Studio’s brand presence, driving awareness and elevating its visibility within the crypto & tech industry 

• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a program manager, consultant, founder community operator, or similar role

• You are a people-person who thrives on creating and cultivating community and community identity

• You have deep knowledge of the web3 and greater tech landscape

• You are opinionated about curating spaces that are productive and inspiring

• You have a passion for operational excellence, budget conscious, and have a track record of organizing special events

• You enjoy offering advice and critical feedback to help builders grow
