Thanks for your interest in Success Academy! Running a large, fast-growing, and high-performing network of public charter schools takes a village - families, children, teachers, staff and faculty, advocates, and supporters alike. We are growing fast in New York and expanding to Florida, and we would love to welcome you to our community! We work tirelessly every day to ensure children have access to a fun, rigorous, whole-child education regardless of zip code or economic status. When you join SA, you play a part in giving every student who walks through our doors a fair shot at reaching his or her potential.

We are seeking a Program Manager, Systems Transformation, to drive one of our most ambitious cross-functional initiatives: the end-to-end transformation of Success Academy’s academic technology stack. This is a true business-side program management role, not a technical PM. You will serve as the connective tissue between the cross-functional stakeholders at our network office, school-facing partners, and technology vendors, ensuring that what we build actually solves for the real needs of teachers and scholars.

At its core, this work is about transforming and reimagining how education is centrally managed, building the systems and processes that allow us to deliver consistent, high-quality content and instructional support at scale. The work will not only impact daily classroom experience but also redefine what it means to manage education from a central office in a way that is both innovative and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Program Management of the academic technology stack transformation, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders at the network office, such as Tech, the Education Institute, Success Academy school-facing teams, and external vendors through planning, prototyping, redesign, implementation, and continuous improvement.

  • Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring instructional priorities and operational needs are embedded at every stage of the transformation.

  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure effective communication, resource alignment, and milestone tracking across functions.

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams, supporting the development of project charters, rollout plans, and change management strategies.

  • Lead program documentation, cross-functional updates, and executive reporting to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

  • Identify and flag risks, dependencies, and execution challenges early—and ensure there are mitigation plans in place.

  • Partner to refine and redesign scalable processes that strengthen content and assessment operations across our CMS, LMS, and related systems.

  • Drive ongoing collaboration with school staff, ensuring that user experience and operational feasibility remain central to platform decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or system transformation settings.

  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale technology implementations, with a focus on driving cross-functional alignment and organizational adoption.

  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with comfort managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

  • Experience translating stakeholder needs into practical systems, workflows, and implementation plans, especially in high-change, user-centered environments.

  • Able to navigate fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and competing inputs.

  • Skilled at simplifying complexity, navigating ambiguity, and helping others make sense of change.

  • Confident communicator, able to write and present clearly across executive, technical, and school-based audiences.

  • Highly organized and process-driven, with strong ownership and follow-through.

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management platforms such as Monday.com.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
