Job Description:

Workhuman is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and scale our most strategic enterprise programs within the Workhuman platform — the system that helps millions of employees around the world deliver their best work every day. 

You’ll work on the Product Launch team at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Excellence, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery of product initiatives. This role is crucial to our ability to launch best-in-class new product offerings, elevate customer value at scale, and drive cross-functional alignment across our largest enterprise engagements. 

As a strategic program manager, you’ll own specific program deliverables, influence and track outcomes, and partner across teams to deliver measurable business and customer impact. 

  • This is a hybrid role which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in our new Framingham, MA office 

  • Applicants must have valid permanent work authorization in the U.S. (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident). We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.

The Skills You Will Bring 

  • Program Leadership Experience: 3+ years in program, project, or product management with enterprise-level responsibilities and complex scope. 

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Strong collaborator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical teams, with a track record of cross functional partnership. 

  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate business needs into structured program plans, measurable goals, and executable work across teams. 

  • Process & Prioritization: Expertise in program intake, prioritization, planning, risk identification, risk mitigation, and execution tracking. 

  • Communication & Influence: Clear, confident communicator capable of articulating program vision, status, challenges, and outcomes to a diverse set of stakeholders. 

  • Customer & Business Focus: Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities. 

  •  Change Management: Working knowledge of change management principles, and continuous improvement processes.

  • Enable Teams to Execute: Empowered internal teams and external partners with clear requirements, documentation, and strategic guidance to execute with confidence. 

  • Influence Go-to-Market Readiness: Partnered with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support launches, education, and adoption at scale 

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. Offered base compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other factors relevant to the scope and responsibilities of this role. This role is also eligible for bonus or other variable compensation based on job performance and our standard benefits package, which supports employee well-being and work-life balance.
