This role sits at the intersection of supply and demand - requiring someone who can translate the complex programmatic challenges of buy- and sell-side customers into scalable operational solutions while managing critical programs that directly impact marketplace efficiency, revenue growth and client satisfaction. You will be the connective tissue between our Marketplace Operations, Programmatic Activation, and Supply Curation & Enablement teams, establishing operational frameworks that and cross-functional processes that ensure seamless execution across the full programmatic lifecycle-from supply packaging and deal creation through activation, optimization, and performance insights. This role requires a strategic operator who can balance hands-on execution with systems-level thinking-someone equally comfortable with defining operating tactics that are aligned to company goals, leading complex change programs, facilitating cross-functional decision-making forums, and identifying tactical process & policy improvement opportunities. You will work closely with Commercial teams, Revenue Operations, Product Management, Finance and Legal to ensure programmatic operations run smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and the organization continuously improves its ability to deliver marketplace efficiency, seamless activation, and actionable insights to publishers and advertisers.

Core Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end program planning and execution of strategic initiatives, from concept through delivery and post-launch optimization.• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies (applying frameworks like ADKAR) for organizational transformations, policy implementations, or process changes• Coordinate strategic planning processes, including operating plan development, goal setting, KPI definition, and the prioritization & sequencing of strategic initiatives• Define and track program success criteria/KPIs, and proactively identify and escalate decisions that require leadership input, providing clear data-driven recommendations and trade-off analyses.• Lead operating cadences that manage the efficiency and quality of FW's programmatic ecosystem and drive alignment between supply and demand needs.• Analyze current programmatic operations and policies to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement• Design and facilitate decision-making processes across diverse stakeholders that drive clarity, speed, and accountability across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Deep operational & program management expertise
- Strong written & verbal communication skills, and a proven track record of driving process improvements in fast-paced, technically complex environments
- Experience working at an SSP, DSP or programmatic roles in Publisher or Agency companies is preferred
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholder groups

Primary Location Pay Range: $111,506.83 - $167,260.24
