About the Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated program manager who will help drive and support our partner programs. This role will be responsible for guiding our partners through successful program implementations and growth initiatives.  

As Program Manager, you’ll own partner relationships, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and operations teams to launch impactful programs, and be responsive to partner and customer needs. This role requires a candidate who can balance internal and external needs while staying aligned with business objectives and growth goals in a fast-paced environment. 

The role will report to the Director of Program Management and collaborate closely across the Whisker Labs team to support our shared goal of helping to prevent electrical fires. Responsibilities: 

  • Cultivate partner relationships by driving successful implementation and aiming for continuous expansion. 
  • Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams on milestones and deliverables for a timely and successful program launch, and continued support of the program. 
  • Communicate technical requirements to partners to ensure smooth integration.
  • Take ownership of the partner relationship through clear and effective guidance on deliverables and timelines while anticipating and mitigating risks.
  • Train external stakeholders on dashboards and data interpretation.
  • Collect and report on key metrics related to partner programs to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help support and provide guidance for escalation needs of the program coordinator role.
  • Perform other responsibilities in support of partnerships and business objectives as required.

  • Occasional travel to headquarters and partner locations as needed.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree or higher, PMP certification a plus
  • 5+ years of program contribution experience at SaaS or tech-driven companies. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to lead cross-functional groups to align goals and action plans. 
  • Project coordination experience, specific experience in the utility and/or insurance industries a plus
  • Proven experience utilizing and molding processes to drive results. 
  • Technical exposure to business platforms or systems, such as Project tools, ERP, CRM, billing/payment, customer service, Microsoft Office tools including Excel, etc
  • Knowledge and ability to communicate requirements related to the implementation of APIs.

90,000-110,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
