Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead development teams in designing, building, and delivering AI‑enabled workflow automation solutions. This role requires strong project management expertise, hands‑on familiarity with AI use cases, and a proven ability to drive agile software delivery. The Project Manager may support multiple teams simultaneously, balancing priorities, coordinating workstreams, and ensuring consistent execution across initiatives.

You will manage iterative delivery cycles across an end‑to‑end execution model (Initiate, Investigate, Adjudicate, Continuous Monitoring), deploy capabilities early and often, and ensure solutions are well‑documented, adopted confidently, and positioned for long‑term sustainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross‑functional development teams through planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of AI‑enhanced automation capabilities using agile methodologies.
  • Oversee simultaneous workstreams, ensuring alignment across teams, priorities, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Deliver targeted AI and technology capabilities iteratively, driving predictable release cycles and near‑term value generation.
  • Implement features such as automated data extraction, intelligent data pre‑population, AI‑assisted validation, discrepancy analysis, user assistance tools, interactive application components, and intelligent notifications.
  • Facilitate requirements discovery, translate business needs into actionable backlogs, and guide roadmap development.
  • Prepare solution documentation, process guides, and lessons learned; ensure transparent reporting of adoption, performance, and ROI through dashboards.
  • Support user adoption through microlearning, demos, brown‑bag sessions, and ongoing engagement to build trust and confidence.
  • Plan and manage deployment of capabilities into existing environments on a recurring (at least quarterly) basis.
  • Coordinate resource transitions as needed and support the formation of a small product team for long‑term sustainment and evolution after initial development phases.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 7-10 years in project management supporting technical or software development teams.
  • Hands‑on experience guiding AI or automation solution delivery and familiarity with common AI use cases.
  • Strong command of agile delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management, sprint execution, and iterative deployment.
  • Ability to manage multiple teams or parallel workstreams.
  • Experience with requirements facilitation, stakeholder communication, risk/issue management, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills with the ability to drive decisions using metrics.

Desired:

  • Experience delivering workflow automation or AI‑powered solutions in complex environments.
  • Background supporting user enablement, change management, or training programs.
  • Familiarity with operational sustainment models or long‑term product lifecycle planning.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
