🎯 Your Role as Project Manager
Manage multiple AI data labeling projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate between annotators, QA reviewers, and clients.
Monitor timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Ensure consistent delivery of accurate, high-quality datasets.
Identify process improvements and implement operational efficiencies.
