🎯 Your Role as Project Manager

  • Manage multiple AI data labeling projects from initiation to completion.

  • Coordinate between annotators, QA reviewers, and clients.

  • Monitor timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of accurate, high-quality datasets.

  • Identify process improvements and implement operational efficiencies.
