Project Manager, AMER

As part of our mission, the Project Management team plays a critical role in leading complex implementations and ensuring seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. We work closely with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

• Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Apply technical knowledge to support engineering and product teams during project lifecycles.
• Stay informed on industry trends, including banking, crypto, and digital financial infrastructure.

• 5+ years of experience in project management within banking, crypto, or large SaaS enterprises.
• Strong technical acumen, particularly in enterprise software, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex, customer-facing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A background in blockchain or digital assets is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of leading without direct authority.
• A passion for innovation and emerging technologies in digital finance.

We operate on a hybrid work model with up to three days per week in-office, enabling our teams to benefit from face-to-face collaboration while maintaining flexibility.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $127,000 to $166,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
