We are seeking an Analyst or Associate, Project Manager to support the Aladdin Client Experience Platform team, based in New York.

Summary:

The Aladdin Client Experience Platform (CXP) team is seeking an Analyst/Associate, Project Manager to support the team’s collective alignment across strategic planning, operational governance, and metrics & reporting processes. This role will report to the team’s COO and will be based out of our Hudson Yards, New York office location. The Client Experience Platform is a horizontal team within Aladdin Product Engineering and is comprised of Engineering, Product, UX Design and Data Science practitioners. The team leverages their multi-disciplined expertise to create innovative user solutions and best in-class experiences throughout the client journey.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide horizontal support across the team’s collective delivery and success metrics
  • Assist in strategic planning and help drive team coordination throughout the year across planning packs, strategic roadmaps, resourcing inputs, and consistent data maintenance (Workday and reporting)
  • Own monthly reporting processes and maintain KPIs/OKRs tracking
  • Report out to leadership on progress and generate insights to help inform key decision-making
  • Support end-to-end meeting coordination for full team-wide forums (i.e., global All Hands, Roundtables, ExCos, OpCos), including creation of deck materials, agenda and speakers
  • Drive strategic projects such as technology utilization, performance measurement, and culture-building initiatives
  • Bolster operational excellence and governance throughout the organization

Qualifications:                                                                             

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Financial services, technology or corporate strategy background preferred
  • Project management experience juggling multiple priorities with competing deadlines
  • High proficiency in project management tools and software, in addition to Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • For Analyst level candidates, we are open to candidates with ~1+ year of experience.
For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$100,000.00 - USD$130,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
