Project Manager, Creative Agency

We are seeking a highly organized, solutions-oriented Project Manager to join our internal Creative Agency. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project execution for a wide array of campaigns, branding, and cross-functional creative initiatives that serve our schools, staff, and families.

This is not your typical project management role. What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of creative projects (e.g., branding, advertising, video, print, digital), ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

• Serve as the central point of coordination between creative team members, external vendors, and internal stakeholders (including recruitment, enrollment, and academics teams).

• Translate briefs and strategy into clear project timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops.

• Actively monitor scope, resourcing, and priorities — escalating risks early and solving blockers before they slow down progress.

• Support a culture of high accountability, quick turnarounds, and sharp execution.

• Champion operational best practices — including project documentation, workflows, and tools (e.g., Monday.com).

• Be a force for clarity, momentum, and excellence across every touchpoint.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing/communications production (agency or in-house).

• Demonstrated success managing fast-moving creative teams, with high attention to detail and quality control.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you're a natural connector who can build trust, motivate collaborators, and give/receive feedback effectively.

• Comfort working in an entrepreneurial environment with competing priorities and ambitious timelines.
