About the Position

We're looking for an organized and collaborative Project Manager to assist with the daily and long-term operations of the Creative Engagement team at Jane Street.

Our Creative Engagement team works in a variety of media and design disciplines, including graphics, experiential, web, video, and events. As our firm continues to grow, so does the scope and complexity of our team’s work and projects. 

We will rely on your problem-solving and communication skills to help us manage projects and streamline activities across the Creative Engagement team and with our partners around the firm.

Additional responsibilities of this role will include: 

  • Project coordination: Identifying and managing project timelines, and overseeing execution from start to finish
  • Stakeholder communication: Engaging thoughtfully with stakeholders to clarify project goals and priorities, and keeping the team aligned and informed as the project progresses
  • Operational efficiency: Enhancing team workflows through the development of playbooks and repeatable processes

We’re looking for someone excited to dive into the details with an eagerness to learn and make an impact. 

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience in a project management or similar role
  • Meticulous planner with exceptional attention to detail, follow-up skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent work
  • Able to assist the team in prioritizing effectively and managing multiple deadlines
  • Can identify bottlenecks in current processes and propose solutions to anticipate future needs
  • Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in G Suite and one or more project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
  • Experience in a creative field is preferred
