Are you passionate about digital marketing and project leadership? At Dentsu Media, you’ll be part of a global team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional results. As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of digital marketing initiatives across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, and more.

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, organized, and excited to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, inclusive environment. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and seeing projects through from start to finish, this opportunity is for you.

This is a remote/hybrid role. Employees within 90 min of our NY, MI, CA or IL offices may expect 3 days a week onsite.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage multiple digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to meet strategic goals.
  • Create and execute project plans, adjusting as needed to meet evolving requirements.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and status meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Mentor and support Associate Project Managers, contributing to team growth and development.
  • Track budgets, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure project success.
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and manage change orders and escalations.
  • Promote continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned and suggesting process enhancements.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience leading projects in a digital marketing or interactive agency setting.
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital campaigns (e.g., Paid Social, SEM, Programmatic).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, data analytics, and digital content marketing is a plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or CSP certification is preferred but not required.

The annual salary range for this position is $59,000-$96,025. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
